By installing, opening, or using FETE — or by uploading content to a Fete you were invited to — you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use FETE.

The contributions you upload — photos, voice notes, video, and written messages — belong to you. By uploading them you grant AppsyStudios OÜ a non-exclusive licence to store, encrypt, and display them to other invited members of the same Fete.

AppsyStudios OÜ does not republish your content elsewhere. AppsyStudios OÜ does not train models on your content. AppsyStudios OÜ does not place advertising on or alongside your content.

• Do not use FETE to harass, threaten, or stalk anyone.
• Do not upload content that is illegal where you live or where the recipient lives.
• Do not upload sexual content involving minors, ever.
• Do not share content of a minor that is not yours to share.
• Do not abuse the invite system, scrape the service, or attempt to break the encryption boundary between Fetes.

AppsyStudios OÜ will remove content and suspend accounts that violate this section. Serious violations are reported to the appropriate authorities.

FETE offers per-Fete one-time purchases and an optional Premium subscription. All payments are processed by your device's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play). Renewal, billing cycle, and cancellation are managed in your store account.

You can delete your account at any time from inside the app. On deletion, every Fete you hosted, every contribution you made, and every push token tied to your device are erased.

AppsyStudios OÜ may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Where suspension is not required for safety, AppsyStudios OÜ will tell you why it happened.

FETE is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppsyStudios OÜ's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to FETE is limited to the amount you paid AppsyStudios OÜ in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Estonia.

AppsyStudios OÜ may update these terms when FETE's features, legal obligations, or business relationships change. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
